      Virtual Assistant Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Listenza provides a combination of Virtual Assistant and Marketing Support Services designed to assist with daily operations, lead generation, and business growth.

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Cold Calling

  • Customer Support

  • CRM Management

  • Administrative Tasks

  • Calendar Scheduling

  • Google Rankings (SEO support)

  • Website Management

  • Social Media Management

  • Expired Lead Reactivation

  • FSBO (For Sale By Owner) Outreach

The Client will be assigned one (1) dedicated assistant to perform tasks based on agreed requirements.


2. Service Plan & Pricing

Plan Overview:

  • Starting at $6 per hour

  • Includes 10 hours of task work

  • 1 user included

  • 1 dedicated assistant assigned

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Billing Terms:

  • Services are billed in advance, unless otherwise agreed

  • Additional hours beyond the plan will be billed at the agreed hourly rate

  • Listenza follows a no hidden charges policy


3. Payment Terms & Authorization

By purchasing this service, the Client:

  • Authorizes Listenza to charge applicable fees via a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor

  • Confirms that payment details are entered directly on a secure third-party platform

  • Acknowledges that Listenza does not store or access card information

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Service Delivery

  • Services will begin within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation

  • Tasks will be performed during the defined working hours

  • Communication will be conducted via email, chat, phone, or WhatsApp

Listenza will make reasonable efforts to deliver services efficiently and professionally.


5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide clear instructions, campaign goals, and task requirements

  • Maintain timely communication and responsiveness

  • Provide necessary access to CRM systems, websites, social media accounts, and tools

  • Review and provide feedback on completed tasks when required

Failure to provide access or communication may result in delays or reduced service effectiveness.


6. Marketing & Outreach Disclaimer

  • Listenza provides support services only and does not guarantee specific results such as closed deals, rankings, or conversions

  • Outcomes from cold calling, outreach, SEO, and marketing efforts depend on multiple external factors beyond Listenza’s control

  • The Client is solely responsible for all final business decisions, negotiations, and results


7. Support & Communication

Clients receive ongoing support via:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Chat

  • WhatsApp

Progress updates and task tracking may be provided through shared tools (e.g., Google Sheets or CRM systems).


8. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once services have commenced

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 30–60 business days


9. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement remains valid for the duration of the purchased service plan

  • Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice

No refunds will be issued for unused hours once services have started.


10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all business, client, and operational information.

No data, credentials, or proprietary information shall be shared with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listenza shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities

  • Results arising from marketing or outreach activities

All outcomes remain the responsibility of the Client.


12. Holiday Observance

Listenza observes official U.S. public holidays. Services may be paused during these periods. Clients will be notified in advance whenever possible.


13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.


14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Listenza’s services, the Client:

  • Confirms they have read and understood this Agreement

  • Agrees to all terms outlined above

  • Authorizes payment processing as described
