 Virtual Assistant Service Agreement

 

1. Scope of Services

Listenza provides professional Virtual Assistant (VA) services to support the Client’s business operations. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cold Calling

  • Customer Support

  • CRM Management

  • Administrative Support

  • Calendar Scheduling

Each Client is assigned one (1) dedicated virtual assistant to perform tasks based on the Client’s requirements and instructions.


2. Service Plan & Pricing

Plan Overview:

  • Starting at $6 per hour

  • Includes 5 hours of task work

  • 1 user included

  • 1 dedicated assistant assigned

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Billing Terms:

  • All services are billed in advance, unless otherwise agreed

  • Additional hours beyond the included plan will be billed separately

  • Listenza maintains a no hidden charges policy


3. Payment Terms & Authorization

By purchasing our services, the Client:

  • Authorizes Listenza to charge the applicable fees via a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor

  • Acknowledges that all payment information is entered directly on secure third-party platforms

  • Understands that Listenza does not store, access, or process card details directly

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.


4. Service Delivery

  • Services will commence within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation

  • Work will be performed during the defined service hours

  • Communication will be maintained via email, chat, phone, or WhatsApp

Listenza will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.


5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide clear instructions, expectations, and task details

  • Ensure timely communication and responsiveness

  • Provide necessary access to systems, tools, or CRM platforms

  • Review and approve completed work promptly

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service quality and timelines.


6. Support & Communication

Listenza provides ongoing support through:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Chat

  • WhatsApp

Clients may receive regular updates regarding task progress and performance.


7. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once services have commenced

  • Refund requests (if any) must be submitted in writing and are subject to review

  • Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30–60 business days


8. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement remains valid for the duration of the purchased service plan

  • Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice

No refunds will be issued for unused time once services have started.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, business, and client-related information.

No information shall be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listenza shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Business losses or missed opportunities

  • Outcomes resulting from Client decisions or actions

All business decisions and results remain the sole responsibility of the Client.


11. Holiday Observance

Listenza observes official U.S. public holidays. Services may be paused during these periods. Clients will be notified in advance whenever possible.


12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications.

Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.


13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Listenza’s services, the Client:

  • Confirms they have read and understood this Agreement

  • Agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above

  • Authorizes payment processing as described
