Listenza agrees to provide lead generation and marketing support designed to help the Client connect with qualified, interested, and exclusive home seller leads. All leads will be targeted based on the Client’s selected market preferences and criteria.
Sign‑Up Fee:
A one-time setup fee of $450 USD is due upon signing this Agreement.
Reimbursement Option:
The Client may deduct the $450 setup fee from their first successful closing generated directly from Listenza-provided leads.
Referral Fee:
For any closed transaction (buying or selling) resulting from a Listenza-provided lead, the Client agrees to pay a 20% referral fee based on the Client’s net commission after broker split.
Payment Authorization:
By submitting payment, the Client authorizes Listenza’s secure, PCI-compliant payment processor to charge the agreed amount. Listenza does not store or process credit or debit card information directly.
Listenza will deliver the first qualified lead within 30 days of the Agreement start date.
A total of 9 exclusive seller leads will be delivered within 90 days.
A lead is considered qualified if it meets all of the following conditions:
Located within the Client’s target market.
Has expressed intent to sell within 1–3 months.
Is the legal property owner or an authorized decision-maker.
Has provided consent to be contacted by the Client.
Replacement Policy:
Leads that are non-homeowners, clearly uninterested, or unreachable after three contact attempts within seven (7) days will be reviewed. If validated by Listenza, one replacement lead will be provided within the contract period.
Listenza reserves the right to make the final determination of lead validity based on communication records, system logs, and internal verification processes.
The Client agrees to:
Promptly contact each lead provided.
Maintain consistent and professional follow-up.
Provide accurate feedback regarding lead quality and engagement status when requested.
Leads provided by Listenza are for the Client’s exclusive use and may not be resold, shared, transferred, or reassigned under any circumstances.
If no feedback is received within seven (7) days of lead delivery, the lead will be deemed valid and accepted by the Client.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the Agreement start date.
Refunds are only available if no qualified lead has been delivered during this period.
Eligible refunds are limited to 50% of the setup fee.
Approved refunds will be processed within 60 business days.
No refunds will be issued once at least one qualified lead has been delivered.
No refunds will be issued if the Client fails to follow up with leads in good faith.
No disputes or refund claims will be accepted after the initial 30-day period.
This Agreement remains active for 90 days from the date of signing.
The referral fee obligation remains enforceable for any future transaction that results from Listenza-provided leads, up to six (6) months after the lead has been provided, even if the initial 90-day term has expired.
Standard Support:
Up to 10 hours per business day of email and chat support.
Lead Tracking:
A shared Google Spreadsheet will be provided for lead tracking and status updates.
Exclusions:
This plan does not include:
Paid advertising
Social media management
Appointment scheduling
WhatsApp support
Live call transfers
Monthly performance reports
Unless explicitly added as a paid upgrade.
Listenza observes all official U.S. national public holidays. Support and lead delivery services may be paused during these periods, and timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
If additional time off is required beyond national holidays, Clients will be notified at least seven (7) days in advance.
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary, business, and client information strictly confidential.
No information may be shared, copied, sold, or disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Listenza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or provided leads.
All business decisions, follow-up actions, negotiations, and transaction outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the Client.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between Listenza and the Client and supersedes all prior communications or representations, whether written or oral.
Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By submitting payment for this plan, the Client authorizes Listenza to process the agreed amount through its secure, PCI-compliant payment processor for the services described in this Agreement.
The Client confirms that:
All payment details are entered directly on the processor’s secure platform.
Listenza does not store or access card information.
The Client understands and accepts all payment, referral, refund, and service terms outlined above.
